Ecoflyt is a marketplace: the contract of sale is between you and the seller, and Ecoflyt provides the platform, the payment rails and the dispute process that sits over them.

Returns, cancellations and refunds follow the window shown on each order. That window is set per item at the moment you buy and does not change afterwards, which is why it is on the order rather than quoted as a single site-wide figure.
